Return/Shipping Policy

10 Day Local Delivery Return Policy.

We want to make sure you are getting quality plants. 
If your order is not to your liking, you have 10 days to return that plant for a full refund. I hope this encourages our customers to come to us if there are any issues with your order. 

I only ask two things; 

1.) That you are kind. 

2.) That the plant be in its original pot. If you have repotted the plant it is not eligible for a return. 

Shipping Policy January 2021: 

There is a No Refund/No Replacement Policy for shipped orders that are lost/damaged/killed in transit. Please understand this before ordering from our site. We want your experience to be great with us so want this to be a very transparent policy. There is always a risk associated with shipping plants and due to COVID delays we have had to implement this policy. Thank you for your understanding!!
